Keep breathing
The first rule of scuba diving is simple: “Don’t hold your breath.”
It’s easy to forget when you’re underwater and things get stressful, but holding your breath can be dangerous.
The same is true in life. When things are hard, we tend to hold on to the tension.
Instead, just keep breathing.
Life is amazing, with so much to enjoy and see. Don’t focus just on the bad experiences or the idea of a doomed future. Look around, take a deep deep breath, and find the joy.
It’s beautiful out there.
