I’m terrible at interviewing

I’ll be honest: I’m terrible at interviewing. I don’t know how to say exactly what a recruiter or a hiring manager wants to hear, and I’ve never been good at playing the "politics" game. I don’t join personality cults, I don’t spend my time on unproductive office activities, and I haven’t spent years building a massive "network of contacts."

I only excel at one thing: Finding how to do something and doing it. If you need someone to navigate a boardroom or win a popularity contest, I’m not your person. But if you have a complex problem that needs a technical solution and someone who actually ships: that’s where I live.

Output over optics. Every time.
